The Phantom limb and Snaggletooth!

Fineline 6'2 Parabolic Stubby Hull AKA "The Phantom Limb"

Equipped with a 9" GL Flex, the Idea is little board big flex and lots of drive.. Experiments begin this weekend.. Photographic and written documentation of performance analysis to come..

5'9 Der Uberflaven AKA "Snaggletooth"

A fish with double concave from Nose to tail, channeled wings and a fin setup that can be best described as "reverse Jobson".
Thanks Brian for temporarily satisfying my voracious appetite for the "strange craft". More on these boards soon..

Neet looking boards (and fins) will you be testing in the usual locations?

I would snag that thing if you are in the market for one. I can't say that we gave been able to detect extra flex in the board yet but the shape surfs well in the conditions we have ridden it in.

Funny you should call the DU fin setup "reverse Jobson"; DU #1 back in
1999 indeed had a standard twinzer fin setup- it was so la-de-da that we
mostly rode it twin only- I re-plugged ol' #1 a couple of years later as you see it now, with notable positive results. I tried tweaking the shape a few times, but I swear the current guys, outside the fin setup, are the same as #1. Guess I caught lightning in a bottle- BJ

righto BJ. Loving this board. Hoping to take both of em down for some point break this weekend so that I can post a full review of both after surfing in the variety of conditions.
